As a parent to my 1.5-year-old daughter Reece, I totally get it—parenting *is* a full-body workout! Between all-day sprints and the occasional nighttime wake-up, it’s hard to find time for yourself...

and I’m a fitness coach, so trust me, I feel you.

But here’s the thing: something as little as 15min of movement can give you the energy boost you need for the next 6 hours. And as your unofficial Moms on Call "Cheif Movement Officer", I created two quick and effective workouts just for the Moms On Call community.
